Storyboard

The storyboard is a critical component in the planning stage of your animation. This is the final stage as we move from the conceptual to the actual. A storyboard can be either a written storyboard which details your production or a full hand-rendered version giving a detailed scene by scene depiction of your animation.

As with most communication, simplicity is key. However, with animation, time is money. The longer the animation, the more time/money it takes to produce. Keeping your production short is better for both the attention of the viewer and your budget.
