Integral Website & Intranet
Integral are one of the largest mobile maintenance providers in the UK. Their brand promise of “Maintaining your building”, has served them well, but it was felt that this did not reflect the size of the business nor the sophisticated nature of the various predictive maintenance solutions they offer. After conducting a variety of extensive Spark Session brand workshops involving a range of stakeholders from across the business, the brand position of ‘delivering engineering excellence’ was developed.
It was recognised that the website plays a huge role in the early decision making process for potential businesses looking to appoint a new service contractor. Defining a clear brand promise as to why Integral exist was the starting point for the development of the website. All content present on the site then becomes evidence of how Integral go about delivering on this brand promise, for the hugely diverse client base which they service, across the UK.
Another element of Integral’s bigger picture, was the development of their intranet. Integral’s people are a critical element of their ability to deliver engineering excellence for their clients. The intranet acts as a key communications hub to ensure colleagues are kept up to speed with the latest news from across the business, and importantly arm them with a variety of resources to support them as they each contribute to delivering engineering excellence.
